Small Arcs of Larger Circles is a book about ecological functioning and how absolutely important it is to develop this mindset. The book is a series of assays and some reflections and poems. I like the book and was intrigued concerning how we define what is outside of the concept of being part of what we define. She makes some serious connections and I found it extremely helpful in processing the ecology of awareness. One of my favorite sections was when she elaborated on the word Symmathesy, which she coined, to described the contextual mutual learning through interaction in living entities. I love how she describes systems and interactions. I found this book had a profound impact on how I view both the world and it’s ever interacting systems. How does my spiritual journey impact my learning from other systems? How does it impact my own systems interactions? I love this book!
