Tao of Learning and Living

“Grief changes us. It sculpts us into someone who understands more deeply.” – Unknown

Lately I have been experiencing sadness, grief, and the bitter of the bittersweet existence. And I am grateful for that when I stay in attention. All suffering changes that which suffers. The changes are not good, bad, or neutral, nor does change offer any resolution or answer, but grief can open the heart in ways that the sweet part of life never touches.

Take care of you and all you love,

Bryan Wagner

  1. I agree, it provides an ever growing, ever widening of the cracks that allow the light both in and out to shine. The infinite glow of Universal love. Grief is quite serving to the journey for sure. It offers chances that we may not have noticed otherwise and so much hope that we may not have acknowledged if we hadn’t have experienced the loss. It all supports a greater sense of gratitude as well. The title of this post is perfect, learning to live. Being alive is an art to living with wholeness and recognizing the purpose in everything we experience and how it all serves πŸ™
