That Mysterious State of Happiness

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Not that I’m experienced or an expert about this statement, but the rare times when, think, say, and do come together, it feels joyful and alive. That’s if I’m paying attention, if not noticed it will immediately fade. In attention it’s a version of being really, really OK.

Be good to you today! Do a good deed for yourself! (That might consist of doing a good dead for someone else!)

  1. Yes, the attention paid in those ah-ha moments 😊 the synchronicity of this post with my last one on happiness reminds me that we are on the same vibe of introspection and discovery. Enjoying the journey 🙏
