To be at peace doesn’t mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to cultivate the ability to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

  1. To flow with the chaos of the storm and to ride it out. It’s like when you’re on the highway with big tractor trailer trucks, you can get in such a position where you can coast along avoiding getting sucked into the velocity of the large vehicle. That’s how I view inner peace. No matter what is going on around me, I have the calm presence of heart. Here’s to experiencing these moments of pure blissπŸ™πŸ₯°πŸŒ
