The realization that so much of what we think we know about ourselves was given to us by persons who didn’t even know who they were, much less who we are, is a great relief.
You cannot be what others think about you, good, bad, or indifferent. We are not our thoughts so we cannot possibly be someone else’s thoughts.
We are genuine when we love ourselves and others. When we care enough to live in relationship with all that is and when we no longer believe that we are in control.
We are genuine when we finally step outside of our own minds box and leave that cage through the open door that always was, and into a constant expansion. That’s who we are and who we always were.
